Sherni Enterprises was born on November 28, 2002 as a Small Scale Industry with enlighten management opted for ISO 9001-2000 Certification from “Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH” - Hamburg, Germany with the prime objective of Manufacturing and Marketing High Security Locks for Safes and Strong Doors.

Together with the high security products, we also deal in the manufacturing and marketing of various house hold products providing the supreme quality to our customers.

Sherni Enterprises has Sole Distributorship for High Security Lock Manufacturing Company M/s La Gard Inc. of U.S.A. which is managed by the world famous Kaba Mas group. We also have selling agreement with Illco of Canada and Kaba Mauer of Germany which also comes under the giant Kaba group. We are sole Distributorship of world class Time Lock manufacturer M/s STB of Switzerland.

We also manufacture High Security Mechanical Combination Locks under the brand name DELTA. This lock has been certified by U.L. of USA. The only prestigious quality certified lock in India till date.

Proprietor of the company; Mr. Farokh F. Kutar with strong Engineering and Management background, has in-depth knowledge of Locks with 30 years of experience. He has taken the training from England and traveled all over the world mastering various lock factories.
He has been a Consultant to set up a Lock factory in Saudi Arabia. He has successfully handled the overall process of turn key projects starting from the Selection Phase, Purchase of Machineries, Plant layout, Tool design, Recruitment as well to the Production Planning.

Our Organization is backed by qualified and well trained Engineers to look after the Production and Quality Assurance, strictly adhering to ISO norms. We retain highly skilled workforce to achieve desired quality product as per the Quality Management System laid down by the Management. The entire team of Sherni Enterprises is totally devoted at all times to Value Engineering and Product Development. We are committed to develop and market at least two products each year and we are on the right path since last three years. Young and well trained worker force assures the company in delivering high quality of products with extreme customer satisfaction.
